How to get a PAN card in Nepal

A PAN (Permanent Account Number) is the tax identity number issued by Nepal's Inland Revenue Department (IRD). Individuals can register online through the IRD Taxpayer Portal or the Nagarik App, then complete biometric verification at their chosen Revenue Office if required.

Keep your citizenship certificate and a recent passport-sized photo ready before you start, and double-check every spelling against your citizenship — mismatches are the most common cause of delays.
