By using ToolSewa ("the site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Free tools, provided as-is
All tools are provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we can't guarantee perfection — for example:
- Date converter: BS calendar data follows Nepal's official calendar and is checked against official New Year dates, but for critical legal documents always verify against an official patro.
- Passport photos: the tool produces correctly sized photos, but acceptance depends on the issuing authority's photo rules (background, lighting, recency). Check official requirements before submitting.
- File outputs: always check your downloaded file before submitting it anywhere important.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the tools only for lawful purposes and only on files you own or have the right to process. Don't use the tools to create misleading documents, infringe anyone's rights, or break the law.
3. Your files stay yours
Everything runs in your browser — we never receive your files (see Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping backups of your own work.
4. Intellectual property
The site's design and text are ours; the underlying tool libraries are free/open-source software owned by their respective authors (credited in the site where practical). Files you create with the tools belong to you.
5. Advertising
The site displays third-party advertisements (Google AdSense) to stay free. We don't endorse advertised products, and advertisers' own terms apply to anything you buy from them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolSewa and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site — including rejected applications, lost files, or inaccurate conversions. Use your own judgment for important matters.
7. Changes
We may update these terms or the tools at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
